EZ Cover from Steel Trio Group

If you own a boat, motor home or just in the market for a carport or patio, you should consider the EZ Cover. The EZ Cover is a square tubing structure with colored metal panels on roof and side skirts. Units can be anchored in the ground or set above the ground on rails. Design is all component parts and can easily be assembled by yourself or we also offer installation through Unique Systems at a reasonable charge.

The EZ Cover has so many uses and can be moved later if needed. It's not like a wood structure - once you build it, it's there to stay unless you tear it down. With the EZ Cover all you do is disassemble by taking screws and bolts out and mark panels, then relocate. The only thing that may have to be replaced is the Dummy Post, if you unit had that type of anchoring system.

If you are a mobile home owner and need a new roof, RECOVER with an EZ Cover Roof. Designed to bolt right on the existing system and give the appearance it was part of the original structure.

Frame: 2"x2" square tubing with flanges for easy match up and bolt up installation. Frame includes purlin which goes on to enable roof panels and side panels to be installed crossways to give you the gable end look. Frame consists of all component parts.

Anchoring Systems: Two kinds available - Rails or Dummy Posts. Dummy Posts are used to anchor into the ground with concrete. Rails are used when unit is to set above the ground. This choice is the customer's preference.

Metal Panels: We offer two gauges of Metal Colored Panels, 29Ga. and 26 Ga. 29 gauge is the most common used for residential application and most cost effective. All panels carry a twenty-year paint warranty from the manufacturer. We offer twelve different colors to choose from, enabling you to bettermatch existing exteriors.

Trim Package: All units are supplied with standard trim package including: trim at top and bottom of side panels, eave trim and ridge cap. Color trim is customer's preference.

Hardware: Each package includes all hardware to assemble units completely, and metal panel screws are color coordinated to match.

Shipping: All units can be crated to minimize damage by freight lines. Since the units are all component parts this allows the crates size to be small enough to fit in the back of a standard truck.
